- F1Open thermal sensor — the cavity got too hot, or the sensor circuit is open.
- F2Shorted thermal sensor.
- F3Shorted touch pad panel.

- SEShorted key on the control panel — clear stuck keys or replace the membrane switch.
- F5Shorted humidity sensor (often shown as F5).
- F6Shorted temperature probe.
