Dishwasher error codes
- E10Water fill timeout.
- E20Drain error.
- i10Low water level — the tub is not filling enough. Check the supply valve and inlet hose.
- i20Drain line restricted — clean the filter and straighten the drain hose.
- i30Leak detected in the bottom pan.
- i40Drain pump fault.
- i50Drain or wash motor failure.
- i60Heating element fault — water is not reaching wash temperature.
Dryer error codes
- E4ALong dry time — the cycle exceeded the program limit, usually from a clogged vent or oversized load.
- E5BHeater fault — the dryer is not heating. Check the vent, then the heating circuit.
- E24Thermistor error — the dryer cannot read air temperature.
- E25Thermistor error — the temperature sensor circuit is out of range.
- E68Stuck key on the electronic control — press each button firmly, then power-cycle.
Washer error codes
Refrigerator error codes
- SY EFEvaporator fan circuit fault (shown as SY EF or 5Y EF) — the freezer fan is iced or failed.
- SY CFCondenser fan circuit fault (shown as SY CF) — coils may be dirty or the fan motor failed.
- OPDoor open alarm — a door is ajar or the door switch is not reading closed.
- SHShowroom / demo mode is on — cooling is disabled until you exit showroom mode.
- CECommunication error between refrigerator control boards.
