- C20Temperature sensor error — the sensor is open or shorted.
- C21Temperature sensor or over-temperature error. Unplug and let the unit cool before restarting.
- C22Temperature sensor error — the sensor circuit is out of range.
- C-10Gas / easy-cook / PH sensor error (shown as C-10).
- C-F0Communication error between microwave control boards (shown as C-F0).
- CD0Door or key error — a key was held too long, or the door switch is not reading closed.
- SEKey short — a touch key was pressed for more than 10 seconds. Clean and dry the pad.
- TETouch-key communication error (often shown as TE).
- E24Over-temperature error — the cavity got hotter than the limit.
- E36Door open error — close the door firmly and retry.
